Frank Clay founded Clay Agency over 30 years ago. And while he still plays an integral role in their success, Frank’s daughter, Jessica Clay, is now at the helm.

As agency owner and president, Jessica skillfully leads a team of designers, writers and creative production experts, all boasting 20 or more years of experience in their fields.

Jessica is honored that Clay is among the less than 1% of woman-owned agencies in the nation. And in keeping with her unbridled passion for transforming brands and helping them thrive and grow, she is also proud to be a nature enthusiast and avid defender of
the iconic monarch butterfly.

Certified by the National Wildlife Federation, Jessica even has her own butterfly mansion where she rescues and releases these magnificent creatures. She also tends to a garden filled with native host plants that provide a pollinator-friendly habitat for pollinators and endangered monarchs who travel an incredible cross-continental journey every fall.

Just as important, Jessica cares deeply about cultivating enduring client relationships and going above and beyond to ensure their success and gain their loyalty. With every project, she shows her steadfast dedication to working hard, setting goals and always keeping her eyes on the prize.
